My mom just told me to stop saying the word "stupid" because, APPARENTLY, NORMAL people find it to be an "offensive, condescending term".
IIIIII just to happen to believe tht's complete fucking bullshit and tht I'll fucking say that things are stupid. Like that opinion that "stupid" is "offensive and condescending". Fuckin' hell.

Only reason why I flipped the fuck out was because at the time, shit just got seriously fucking real.

Had a lucid dream today (Saturday, August 7).
Happened at 1:00 am.

I had the most terrifying experience of my life at 1:00 am.

The dream had something to do with an airship and a blonde girl, who then did something that made me 'wake up' in my room again.
Then I noticed that I could clearly hear my heartbeat and the noise from an air conditioning vent, both of which were in synch and acting in a VERY erratic fashion.
This continued and I turned around only to see a young woman.

Looked about 17, long black hair that covered most of her face.
Eyes were just sclera and black pupil and iris, wide open and just murderous. She was pale. Very, very pale.
All she did was scream in some horrid static tone, disappeared, and grabbed my shoulders, all in the blink of an eye.
I felt a REALLY disturbing chill, then woke up heart racing and wide eyed.
It is 5:44 am and I have not slept since.

I am scared.

That shit was SCARY.

It's not reality that had me concerned, It was if I went back to sleep.

I don't understand it. I finished watching FATAL FRAME 3 like a fucking week ago.

you know,it always happen to me.a dream about the Price to pay,i'm not quite sure what is it but when i woke up,i felt horrible,lifeless, and i want to take suicide.my mind decided itself.
so, i understand how you feel.

Well, shit. This is partially my fault for telling you about lucid dreaming. At least you didn't look in a mirror, fuckers are the harbinger of true fear.

If you dare to retry lucid dreaming, just know how to do a reality check. Also, if you lucid dream twice more, you should be able to control everything. I had my fifteenth LD the other day. I got out of bed and a Wormheaded dog from Silent Hill bit my leg. Suddenly, an airplane crashed through the room and killed the dog. I went on with the dream and had fun. You can go to Gensokyo if you have the will to create it.

My reality check is that my iPod and cell phone won't turn on. Tried in the dream.

Consider yourself lucky despite your horrible experience. I have to try quite hard to force a lucid dream.
That sucks. Can't explain your lack of control.

I check my body for scars, they are nonexistent in a dream. I used to check clocks but lately they've been working fine. Mirrors are also a good reality check, but like I said, they're the harbingers of true fear.
COME ON, DO IT AGAIN FOR SCIENCE. You can experiment with controlling the realm. It's fun. BUT NEVER TRY USING GUNS, THEY DO NOT FUCKING WORK.

Perhaps you weren't even trying to control it. You need to use unreasonable reason to control the world. Like looking under a bed and finding a chainsaw rather than it magically appearing in your hands. Or glancing at a doorway and having someone walk in/out.

Mirrors will fuck you up and paralyze you with fear. When I looked at a mirror, it was pretty much THE FUCKING MIRROR ROOM except this time black hands of goddamn darkness started coming out of the reflection after the bloody show finished. Once the hands touch you, you wake up.
YOU LEARN FROM EXPERIENCE. I can answer any questions, though.

Try one where a zombie Jamaican chases you off a cliff into a sea of jello while yelling "feelin' reggae mon" while you were selling stuff for the Cub Scouts (it's happened alot, no I was not drunk and at first it was scary, but now it's just entertaining).

My advise: watch alot of your favorite military faction and you'll kick a nightmare's ass everytime. I go from shooting zombies with a never ending clip in my M21 sniper to beating the shit out of random psychopatic killers as a Terminator Assault Marine. Next time, don't think about FATAL FRAME when going to sleep. THERE MUST BE A NEXT TIME.
You're supposed to change it to make it agreeable. I use freight trains and airplanes to kill creatures and then go about certain things.

For most people the image just distorts. The figure in the reflection will be completely black and have a static effect.
THIS SKILL IS GOD TIER. YOU MUST BE PREPARED IN CASE IT HAPPENS AGAIN. WHICH IT WILL BECAUSE IF YOU HAVE ONE LUCID DREAM, YOU'LL HAVE MORE.

The more you think of it the more you'll be scared to confront it leading to that situation where you'll never dare to sleep again just to avoid having another dream about her. Thus meaning your health status will get worse and you getting more and more tired. And that will result in you falling asleep again with the chance of meeting that woman/girl again without even being mentally prepared so that you'll get another trauma or even worsen your already existing one. YOU REALLY WANT THAT VICIOUS CIRCLE TO OCCUR???

come on, the ZI I know isn't afraid of an imaginary illusion. I had a similar frightening nightmare as I tried out that nutmeg stuff only because you wanted me to, remember?
