Yeah, I'll need some help with this.
I'd like some volunteers/friends to find who/what is trying to keep me out of the art portal.
I have been unscouted for reasons unknown approximayely seven or so times.
This is getting really fucking unreasonable.

Sure, you may dismiss this as "I WANNA GET SCOUTED HURR DURR", but I've been calmly and patiently dealing with this bullshit for quite some time now.
Considering the fact that the people scouting me are now being penalized, I feel like there's something amiss about this situation.

If any Admin/Important person here on NG decides to actually give half a fuck about their community and read this, I'd like to politely request that they ACTUALLY MAKE A FUCKING EFFORT TO FIX THIS SHIT, because being BLACKLISTED by someone for NO FUCKING REASON isn't exactly what I'd call a fair administration.

If jack shit nothing gets done about this, I'm calling bullshit and I'm going to continue to pester the administration until something gets done.

you keep getting unscouted because your not good enough for the art portal yet, theres a little thing called quality control and your just under the bar, improve your work and the mods will stop pruning you, its nobody picking on you, it happens to everyone whos not good enough but still gets scouted, either that or you keep picking bad people to be scouted by and they keep getting unscouted....causing you to be unscouted

There are vast amounts of people I have seen scouted that are just complete bullshit at art.
They haven't been unscouted.

I'm not crying over this, I'm pissed at how imbalance all of this is. The whole system could have been thought over much better, instead of including personal opinion into judging who is "worthy".

For example: The friggin' I-Bot (the official and specially for the art portal designed bot of NG) itself has only one artwork in the artportal and it's quality and originality niveau are below a kindergarden kid's one!

besides you can't "pick" who scouts you! And you know what? I'M THE FUKKEN ONE WHO ALWAYS SCOUTS HER, because I think that she's deserved to be in the art portal since she really tries to be good and spends time on her work unlike some other motherf*****s out there. Plus she IS pretty good. If you think that the one(s) scouting her aren't "worthy" enough for it, then you have some serious problems with ME buddy!

I can't help in any way except convincing mods, but that's never going to happen. Contact with mods is impossible. Also, stop censoring your own curses and getting mad about something that doesn't even affect you. You look like a white knight that way.

So far the only person to say anything remotely honest and helpful is Ashman.
Your work isn't quite up to art portal standards, so you getting pruned is most likely due to that.
As for those who scout you being punished it was probably because they rescouted you when you hadn't submitted any new better work. Rescouting someone who was pruned who hasn't changed anything is a sure fire way to get castrated.
I would recommend PMing an Art mod instead of complaining on your user page.

there are lots of really talented but unscouted artists here on NG who only dwell somewhere on the bottom of that big cave labyrinth called "unscouted list" since no one finds them only because of that flood of crap spammers... I'm always trying to do something against that and go hunting for those talented ones, but now that I've lost the ability to scout others, I can't do anyting for them.
Why I do this? I've been through that shit, too... it really makes you feel worthless and kills your mood if you just want some appreciation for your hard work or some nice, decent criticism on your artwork to improve yourself, ya' know?

Okay, not trying to sound like a prick, but I'll scout you if you delete some of your older pieces like the first rendition of Iris, and so forth. I think that may be what keeps getting you un-scouted. Pick out the worst of your gallery, and just toss it.

You do have talent; the Aegis sketch shows it. You just need to put more time into your submissions. Make sure that everything is how you planned it out to be before you showcase it to your friends, or anywhere. I'm not saying that it has to be perfect, I just know, along with most people; know that you can get better.
