Do I really want to just leave?
Well, I've been thinking it over, and, y'know, there's a lot of good reasons for me to leave.

Last year, it was a reason my grades kinda dropped from before.
Walls of text get kinda annoying, no matter how interestin the discussion or topic.
iOS4 really ruined this for me.
Moderators are cocksuckers.
Newfag influx and obvious trolls got old fast.
No more epic trolling like when I first arrived.
Hypocrite Central.
People seemed more annoyed than anything else about my venting on my shitty life (which by the way is improving but my opinion on myself has not changed, EVER)
Nobody gets on anymore (except Albino; still more of an older brother than my IRL one will ever be)
And there's no more awesome flashes besides Madness, the old Awesome series, and whatever I've decided to favorite that's not obvious bullshit. (By the way, Egoraptor's lost his touch. He's just not funny anymore.)

But.
BUT.

This place is still great because of you guys and your support.
I'm pretty sure that I'd be dead if you guys hadn't helped me pull out of all my stupid antics.
I have you to thank for this.

So.
This is a hiatus. Because is busy, busy girl right now amongst school and things and cannot afford too much distraction.
So yeah.
Thank you all for putting up with my bullshit.
I'll be back eventually.

Since Sketch is a much better place that I can post art and have semi-engaging discussions, it kinda rapes NG big time.

Oh, I actually got you to unlock the comments? Cool. I don't have much to say anymore, though. You said that you'd come back to NG after you've gotten better at art, and I think that's pretty swell (so don't sweat, Sanchez).

The thing is, though...why can't you just stay at NG doing non-art-related stuff WHILE doing art stuff at that Sketch place? It's not like any of us others actually come here to contribute to NG or anything. So why not just stay here and leave comments on each other's pages and bitch about life like good old times?

I've got the same opinion as AT. If NG only distracts you from your actual goals and school stuff, just leave it. Education will decide what you're going to be in the future, so school has maximum priority! If the only thing that would hinder you from just deleting everything is the thinking that we will get mad, forget that point! No one will get mad because of that! I'm sure we all can understand the reasons. (imho those who'll get mad are kinda' weirdos...).
Also of you think NG is unapropriate for your real goals, then leave it and go to somewhere where you can achieve 'em! Don't hestitate and don't be afraid! It's for your best!

Even madness is no longer good. All of the good animators are either moving on to new bigger things or flash is just too much of a pain for them. I admit that I'm not on often on Newrounds. But I am on Steam so if you'd want to talk to me on Steam then go ahead. Newgrounds has lost it's previous touch. A year ago this place was great, but it kind of faded away for some reasons. Some people left for the better, and some left for the worst.

I still like it. Only thing like it on the internet (except TERKOIZ, that sexy bastard; FUCKING SEPTEMBER 30TH).
But you have a point.
All my favorite flash artists aren't doing anything (or anything good; ahemFUCKING EGORAPTORahem), so it's not so hot.
However, some of those obscure artists or one hit wonders happen to be doing some awesome stuff, which is why I come here.

Otherwise, I'm at Fluidanims. Dat stick action.

So yeah. I'll be on Steam sometimes, dicking around on the Portal DevConsole.
And a year ago, I was retarded-er.
This was an exciting land of trolls and flame wars.
Now what?

Perhaps 2011 will bring more surprises?

And I have some shit to worry about at school so...WAIT OFF TOPIC. Oh yes. It seems that if it were at equal goodness then the earth would slowly spin into a dimension full of monsters named dildo and condoms while dogs turn into giant mutant monsters trying to kill different people who watch the adventures of carl the condom and danny dildo while eating a television.
